Practice in the tournament venue is possible on Wednesday afternoon; you can find the practice schedule here.
Practice from Thursday to Sunday is only possible before matches start (08:00-08:30 on Thu/Fri and 08:30-09:30 on Sat/Sun) and after matches end (at most until 21:00) on a first-come-first-serve basis.

More practice courts are available for rent at Attention Badmintoncenter
(Koßgasse 10, 8010 Graz) the whole time.

Gyms
The official hotel Augarten Art Hotel has its own gym and wellness area.
There is an avordable FITINN gym nearby (Stadionplatz 1, 8041 Graz); daily entry is 15,90 € and you can get there by tram line 4 from Finanzamt or Jakominigürtel to Stadion Liebenau.
The more exclusive Merkur Gym (Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße 84, 8010 Graz) can be reached by foot; daily entry is 29 € and it includes a wellness area.
The gym at the tounament venue is privately owned and can not be used!
